It used to be called Fort Collins Restaurant Week, but now 'Bon Appetite Week,' gives a new flair. Either way, these specials will only be available during this particular promotion

Blue Agave Grill
One of the most popular places in all of Fort Collins, Blue Agave will be offering a Yuzu-Chili glazed grilled salmon special for two for $30.
FoCo Café
A Fort Collins treasure, FoCo Café may be offering up the least-expensive special for 'Bon Appetite Week,' because, of course, for eight years, the non-profit hasn't really charged patrons. For the special week, they'll have something out of the ordinary: Honey Garlic Meatballs and Au Jus over a bed of steamed white rice and veggies. Price: Up to you.
