Is Waylon his real name? Yes. He was born and raised in Grand Junction, and plans to stay here forever. After 15 years of touring with Country bands, it was time to get legit and find a way to play music all day without having to live in a van. When not on the radio, Waylon loves performing with the Desert Flyer Band, The Grand Junction Symphony Orchestra, The Western Colorado Jazz Orchestra, Cool Jazz, The Frank Bregar Orchestra, Hot Tub Jazz, Rock 'N Swing, Clark Gualt’s Swing City Express, and Javier De Los Santos Mariachi San Jose. When not performing music with my groups, he loves telling you about all the live music going on around the Western Colorado.
