Colorado Weed Company Bought Out by Massachusetts Company
Curaleaf, a Massachusetts based cannabis company, is buying Blue Kudu, a Denver cannabis edibles manufacturer.
The Denver Post reported that Blue Kudu will become part of a multi-state organization that runs dispensaries and processing plants.
Deal terms were not disclosed.
Curaleaf will use the 8,400-square-foot kitchen and processing facility in Denver to expand its cannabis edibles product line to include gummies.
