The pandemic left football looking a little different last time, but Colorado State University is ready to welcome fans back to Canvas Stadium for the 2021 season.

The Rams will face off against South Dakota State for their first game on Sept. 4. Matches with Vanderbilt, San Jose State, Air Force, Boise State and Nevada are also on this year's docket.

The San Jose State game on October 9 will mark the annual Homecoming and Family Weekend, and a new uniform will be revealed prior to the event. The team will also debut a new twist on their Ag Day uniforms.

"We are beyond excited to get to welcome alumni and Rams fans home again for Homecoming and Family Weekend 2021," said Kristi Bohlender, Executive Director of the Colorado State University Alumni Association, in a press release. "The fall season and everything that comes with it is such a special time on campus for our green and golf community. Ram Pride shines brightest when we're together and the hope of bringing generations of Rams back together again to celebrate one of our most treasured traditions will be a light to look forward to."
