I am a huge fan of 3D printing. I think that the technology is fascinating. As a matter of fact, I have my 3D printer running right next to me as I write this. The hobby has come a long way in just a few short years, and I can only imagine where it will be in the year 2030.
When it comes to 3D printing, I mainly use the hobby to solve problems around my home and in my garage by creating prints that can help make my everyday life easier and more convenient. Many businesses use 3D printing for prototyping, and industries such as aerospace make parts that can take objects into outer space.
Why 3D printing is the future of construction
Over the past couple of years, 3D printing has also made its way into construction. There are even some homes that have utilized the technology of 3D printing to build homes out of concrete. Needless to say, the future will be printed in all forms of materials.

To keep ahead of the curve, Aims Community College in Northern Colorado will be offering classes in the form of an Introduction to 3D Concrete Printing course. This online course will be a non-credit course and will teach you the fundamentals of 3D printing technology with carbon-friendly materials and processes used in this line of work.
How to sign up for the 3D concrete printing course
