Cajun-Creole Breakfast Is Perfected at Lucile's
My mouth is watering already. If you need a kickstart to your day, you need to go to Lucile's. Even if you aren't hungover. Trip Advisor rated Lucile's the second-best restaurant in Fort Collins.
Lucile's mix of American and cajun-style breakfast will make you forget your hangover, and make you obsess over beignets for the rest of your day.

We love Lucile's. My husband grew up in Florida and said this is the best southern breakfast restaurant in Colorado. The portions are huge, food is always delicious, we love the house spiced tea, and the homemade condiments are always delicious.
Start Your Day in Old Town Fort Collins at Snooze AM Eatery
Located at 144 West Mountain Avenue in Fort Collins, Snooze offers boozy, hair of the dog, inspired beverages. The menu is incredibly diverse and offers a little bit of something for everybody.
I'd highly recommend trying Snooze's seasonal menu. It's experimental and a ton of fun.

Every brunch we've had here has been amazing. The food is incredible, but the service really makes this location shine. The staff have always been super helpful and friendly, answering all of our questions (including how they cook their bacon to perfection!).

Wow, Wow, WOW!!!! We went here on a whim and I can't say enough how spectacular it is. This is a hands-down MUST try and revisit location. It's been so long since I have truly enjoyed the food at a restaurant. The taste sensation provided by the locally sourced food was beyond exceptional.
Dine At One of Fort Collins' Oldest Diners
Silver Grill Cafe has been a staple in Old Town Fort Collins since 1933.
There's a reason for that. Are you looking for the best cinnamon roll in Northern Colorado? Look no further. Esquire included Silver Grill on their list of "100 Restaurants America Can't Afford to Lose."

Fantastic diner. The cinnamon rolls are the best I have ever tasted....Sorry grandma. Every food item was top notch. The corned beef benedict was out of this world.

Whenever I am having post-party syndrome my go-to meal has to involve eggs. I don't know what it is, but it brings me back to life. Located at 4861 Thompson Parkway, Urban Egg offers an environment that is friendly for couples, families, and large parties.
Are you too hungover to leave the house? No worries. You can get your brunch to go.
My personal favorite meal at Urban Egg is the carnitas bowl.
