12-Year Separation Ends as Colorado Cat Is Reunited with Original Owner
If you are looking to adopt a pet anytime soon, we highly recommend heading to NOCO Humane first.
I have adopted a pet from NOCO Humane and it was a great experience. The employees and volunteers at NOCO Humane go above and beyond to ensure the animals in their care are set up for success.
A woman named Julie went to NOCO Humane recently. She was not expecting to have a reunion.
Julie Moves Back to Northern Colorado
Mr. Kitty is a cat that was in the care of NOCO Humane in Northern Colorado for quite some time. Mr. Kitty has been waiting patiently to find his forever home.
A woman named Julie recently moved back to Northern Colorado and she was looking to adopt a pet. The first thing Julie did was go to NOCO Humane's website to potentially find a pet.
Julie and Mr. Kitty Reunite
According to a social media post by NOCO Humane, Julie was stunned to see a cat named Mr. Kitty. You would be shocked too if you were the person to give the cat that name.
It turns out that Julie was the original owner of Mr. Kitty. 12 years ago, Julie had to move, and Mr. Kitty could not come with her. Mr. Kitty lived with the neighbor until recently. Julie immediately went to NOCO Humane to see if the cat was truly the pet she owned over ten years ago.
And yes, Mr. Kitty was the original cat. Julie adopted Mr. Kitty and this happy family is reunited once again after 12 years.
We want to say congratulations to Julie and welcome back to Northern Colorado.
