This week has been a doozy when it comes to rain, hail, and thunder. It all started Tuesday when a giant storm rolled through most of Northern Colorado. The first round of the storm wasn't as bad as it looked. At least in my neighborhood. Fast forward a few hours later and it felt like someone moved a waterfall over our house.

That storm lasted for what felt like hours. Many Milliken residents had to deal with flooding in their basements and in the streets. I cannot remember a storm quite as crazy as what we had on Tuesday night.

The rain kept on going throughout Wednesday and Thursday and a lot of moisture was dropped on Northern Colorado. According to the National Weather Service, here are the high rainfall totals for Northern Colorado from Tuesday at 6 p.m. through Friday at 6 a.m.

  • Longmont - 2.8 NE - 3.37 inches
