Take a Look at Loveland’s Renovated Pulliam Community Building
Loveland's Pulliam Community Building first opened it's doors in 1939; 86 years later, the building began it's new life, while being a piece of Colorado history. Generations of Lovelanders and other members of the Northern Colorado community will be using "The Pulliam" for events and celebrations.
When I was young, we would go and see movies at The Pulliam; Mom would drop us off, the come and pick us up before getting a bite at the Woolworth's that was downtown, back then. After this renovation, maybe they'll show movies to kids again, and then their parents can take them to Josh & John's Ice Cream, nearby. How neat would it be to say you saw movies there as a kid, and then got married at The Pulliam?
One of first things you notice about The Pulliam's restoration, is that the clock on the outside works again. Sure, the non-working clock was "right two times a day," but the restoration wouldn't have been complete with it not working. It kind of reminds you of the clock from "Back to the Future;" so, that's neat as well.

The new Pulliam Community Building's renovations included making it ADA compliant, installing all-new HVAC, putting in an elevator, installing modern AV technology, updating kitchen appliances, and installing a new [electronic] marquee outside, Visitors will also notice the art-deco throughout the building, and interesting spaces to relax.
The building has three rental spaces: The ballroom, the banquet hall, and a conference room. I can see many businesses in Loveland utilizing that conference room on a regular basis; for quarterly meetings and whatnot.
