Downtown Loveland gained a new venue in the summer of 2025 with a couple taking over one of the most unique buildings that you'll find in any Colorado downtown.

Past Success Improved the Building, New Operators Look to Host Successful Events

319 North Cleveland in Downtown Loveland, was once the home to a livery. Decades later, the building took on a very different look, when the owner of Lightening Hybrids/Lightening eMotors used his engineering skills to remodel the building.

It was in 2022, when the building went on the market that I had the opportunity to get a tour of it, courtesy of the real estate agent.

In July of 2025, 319 North Cleveland became Venue @ 319. The husband and wife team put work into their own renovations of the building, as the husband was part of the renovating team with the previous owner.

Sam and Heather's vision for Venue at 319 is to host a variety of events, as the space is able to adapt to different amounts of attendees, up to 374. The see hosting not only weddings, but markets, workshops, community events, galas and more.

I can see where parking will be an issue for such a venue, as parking gets harder and harder to find in Downtown. A friend of mine suggested that they could provide shuttles from various locations when there's a large party; that's a great idea.

How Much Does It Cost to Rent Out Venue @ 319 in Loveland, Colorado?

Wedding rates range from $3,500 up to $9,500 for 5 hours; corporate/private events range from $3,000 to $5,000 for 5 hours.

I'm sure those attending events at Venue @ 319 will enjoy stepping through that "Batman Lives Here" door, I know I did when I toured the building in 2022.
