Should You Move to Fort Collins? Here’s What Residents Have to Say
You'll often hear Coloradans tell out-of-staters not to move here. But despite this (or maybe because of this), even some residents don't like living in their own state.

A woman named Cynthia recently posed a question to the Facebook group You know you grew up in Fort Collins, CO if you remember..., a place for Choice City residents to get information and reminisce about the good old days.
Cynthia explained that she used to live in Fort Collins and was hoping to move back after 30 years away. However, she wondered if the town was the same as she had left it — and, more importantly, if she should return.
Residents had a lot to say. Some group members defended the Choice City, noting that although a lot has changed in the past 30 years, it's still a hub for shopping, food, and friendly people.
Others cautioned against moving to Fort Collins, citing overcrowding, heavy traffic, bad attitudes, and its growing likeness to Boulder.
