More than 400 Flights Delayed, Canceled at DIA on Friday

Denver International Airport has reported over 405 incoming and outgoing flight delays and cancellations today.

“We’re seeing heavy bands of snow. It’s calming down right now,” DIA spokeswoman Alex Renteria said at 10 a.m. on Friday. She went on to say that three out of six runways are in operation.

According to Denver Post, most of the cancellations seem to be Southwest flights although many airlines are posting delays and cancellations.
