It's not cheap to live in Colorado, and the latest increases in rental costs across the state only further prove that point.

Rent.com recently came out with its rent report for February 2022, which closely analyzes the increases and decreases in rent costs across the country, as well as specific cities.

Nationwide, rent prices have increased significantly over the last few years.

According to rent.com's rent report, more than 95 percent of states across the country have seen significant increases in rent prices for both one and two bedrooms - that includes Colorado.

Even more so, there are some areas in Colorado right now where rent is even pricer than the state's average, with apartment rentals ranging in the $2,000s.
