A local organization is back for its 5th year of providing free gifts to the children in Fort Collins-Loveland-Greeley area on one day. Gifts for kids of families who may not need requirements from other charitable groups.

Donations are being accepted through December 8, 2022, for this wonderful day where kids pick out their Christmas gifts, participate in crafts, and hang out with Santa and Mrs. Claus.

The NoCo Secret Samaritan crew's only wish is to make sure every kid who wants a gift in the Loveland area, gets one. From an as-yet-to-announced location, they will once again give it their best shot. It's great how it all started with just one woman, in 2017, looking to help out others.

With the Secret Santa Free Toy Store, the Secret Samaritans are helping out families that don't meet the requirements to benefit from other organizations that provide gifts to families. This organization doesn't even need an application filled out.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Parents can just arrive with their child at the pop-up Toy Store on December 10, 2022, that will be located in Downtown Loveland from 9 a.m. until Noon. The exact locale will be revealed on the Morning of December 10, 2022 via their Facebook page.

WHERE DO THE TOYS/GIFT COME FROM?

Though December 8, 2022, folks can donate toys (new, unwrapped toys) and gift cards to the cause at the following locations:

WHAT ELSE IS HAPPENING AT THE TOY STORE?

  • Free photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus.
  • Cookies and hot cocoa.
  • Activities for the kids.
  • Gift wrapping.

Congratulations to The NoCo Good Samaritans for what looks to be another great event.
