Typically, when we look at the cheapest houses available, we're kind of looking at the properties in a tongue-in-cheek sort of way, but not today. This is actually a place I legitimately want to live in...NOW.

I love this little log cabin and want to put an offer on it. It's a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with 1,188 square feet and has STUNNING views from pretty much every room. The HOA dues are bit on the high end, but something I'm willing to overlook.

As always, the cheapest homes that I look for are strictly single-family, detached homes, which doesn't include manufactured homes, condos, townhouses, etc. According to Redfin, this home priced at $385,000 and already has an offer on it, BUT they're still accepting backup offers. My wife and I are actually putting our offer in today.

I was shocked to see just how beautiful this home is for the price, especially in Estes Park. The custom cabinets, the vaulted ceilings and the beautiful wood all throughout are a delight, and so, of course, are the views, especially from the deck, which is a huge selling point for me all on its own.

Now I admit, commuting to and from Windsor for work daily (especially in the winter months) could be a bit of an issue, but if you were to ask me what my perfect home would look like, this is pretty darn close to perfection.

Check it out and/or dream, if you will, with me. Let's take a full tour of this home together.
