The first snowfall of 2021 lightly blanketed Northern Colorado on Saturday.

More than two inches of snowfall were reported from the storm in both Fort Collins and Greeley. The Colorado Climate Center said Fort Collins got 2.6 inches of snow — right in between the final pre-storm prediction of 2-3 inches.

The National Weather Service, meanwhile, reported Greeley at 2.4 inches. Boulder was reported at 5 inches, while Berthoud was at 3.5 inches and Denver International Airport at 1.9 inches.

Now, how long will the snow stay?

After a chilly Sunday, the National Weather Service forecast predicts a much warmer work week. The highs predicted are 46 degrees (Monday), 49 degrees (Tuesday), 55 degrees (Wednesday) and 51 degrees (Thursday). Sunny skies are likely each day.
