The newest restaurant in Fort Collins is bringing a taste of Steamboat Springs to the Choice City.

Back Door Grill, a Steamboat Springs staple since 2014, opened at 130 West Laurel St. on Saturday (March 6), taking over what used to be The Boot Grill and, previously, Metro Urban Food & Booze.

The new location serves a variety of food, including new and old school burgers, sandwiches, tacos, breakfast food, dessert and more.

Along with food, patrons can enjoy an extensive drink menu that features local craft beer, wine and cocktails, like the signature Back Door Bloody.

Despite its carnivorous menu, the locale is also inclusive to those who do not eat meat, offering veggie burgers like the Aphrodite.

"We care about the food that we serve, and the customers we serve it to," the restaurant said on its website. "...we have a passion for fresh, natural ingredients and a love of old fashioned burgers and brews."

Honoring its close proximity to the Colorado State University campus, the eatery is currently hosting a CSU Ram Special: a classic cheeseburger, fries, and a drink for only $10.

Back Door Grill is also celebrating International Women's Day (March 8), offering 50% off glasses and bottles of wine to women all day.
