The Colorado Eagles will once again drop the puck on Feb. 5.

The AHL minor league affiliate of the Colorado Avalanche released its full schedule on Friday (Jan. 22).

While the Eagles will return to the ice at Loveland's Budweiser Events Center for home games, fans won't initially be allowed to attend the games.

Eagles fans however can catch all games with an AHL TV subscription. Eagles staff said they are working with state officials and are hopeful fans might be able to return by the end of the season or the playoffs.

The Eagles will play a 38-game season, with 19 games each at home and on the road.

Colorado will face Henderson Silver Knights for the first time this season.

The Silver Knights, Texas Stars, San Diego Gulls, Bakersfield Condors, Stockton Heat, Ontario Reign and Tucson Roadrunners all face the Eagles this season at the Budweiser Events Center. The Eagles will also travel for meetings against the same seven teams on the road.

“As we prepare for a season unlike any other in our 85-year history, our priorities are first and foremost health and safety,” said AHL President and Chief Executive Officer Scott Howson in a press release.

“Our main objective is to provide a safe environment for our players to continue their development towards a career in the National Hockey League.”
