Fort Collins residents will have a new place to exercise later this year, as the Crunch fitness franchise announced plans to open a location in the Choice City.

According to PR Newswire, Crunch Fort Collins will be taking over the former Miramont location, at 2211 South College Avenue. Crunch Fort Collins is owned by two seasoned fitness veterans, Brian Hibbard and John Armatas, who already operate 18 other locations throughout the country. The northern Colorado location is expected to open by November 2021.

The $5 million dollar, 40,000-square-foot fitness facility will have $1 million dollars' worth of state-of-the-art fitness equipment inside. According to Crunch's website, their gyms are filled with all of the essentials needed for a great workout, and they also offer some best strength and cardio equipment in the industry. The Fort Collins location will feature a functional training area with indoor turf, a dedicated group fitness studio, a cycling studio, HydroMassage chairs, tanning beds, sunless spray options, Kids Crunch, and plenty more for fitness lovers to take advantage of. The franchise prides themselves on fusing fitness and entertainment together. They incorporate innovative group fitness programming, and plan to offer a wide range of classes every week at the Fort Collins gym once they officially open.

Beginning this fall, those interested in joining the gym can either follow the process online, or call (970)-795-0300 to reserve memberships at discounted rates beginning at $10.99 per month.
