It's officially crossover season between CSU Football and Men's Basketball, and you should be oh so excited.

The CSU football team is returning home to Canvas Stadium to host the Boise State Broncos, arguably one of their most anticipated games of the season. Additionally, Moby Arena is going to be rocking with the men's basketball exhibition game on Sunday, Oct. 31!

What to expect on Saturday for football

Following a heartbreaking and confusing end to their Utah State matchup last weekend, the Rams will be coming home with a blunt agenda: beat the Broncos.

In 2017, Boise State defeated CSU after an incredible comeback, but it was a game CSU should have won. Last year was a slightly different story, the game wasn't even close.

Boise State quite literally doubled CSU's score in their victory on their blue home turf in Boise.

However, the Rams and the Broncos will be much more evenly matched this year, and I see the tables turning in Colorado State's favor. Additionally, Canvas Stadium has been loud and proud all year, even garnering conference attention for fan turnout.

National excitement for CSU Men's Basketball tips off on Sunday

Sunday, Oct. 31 will be a long-awaited day for Rams fans. After the incredible season they had last season, not being able to play in front of fans really was doing everyone a disservice.

The Rams are officially suspected to finish first in the Mountain West, and for good reason.

David Roddy is always in national conversation, but the team is returning all five starters in whole from the team last year. The same team that made it to the semifinals of the NIT tournament.

CSU Football kicks off at 5 p.m. in Canvas Stadium and CSU Men's Basketball tips off at 1 p.m. in their exhibition game on Sunday against Adams State.
