During rush hour on Monday evening, emergency personnel rushed to a small pond in Timnath to rescue a driver whose car was partially submerged.

The Poudre Fire Authority sent a dive rescue team into the pond where they found the driver and began to work to get him out of the vehicle. After they got him out, he was rushed to Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland.

Dive teams searched for any other occupants in the pond but found nothing according to the Poudre Fire Authority Facebook Page.

The drivers condition is unknown at this time.
