New Mobile Order Pick-Up Lanes Coming To Chick-Fil-A Drive-Thrus?

Ever since I was a kid, I loved Chick-Fil-A. I remember walking around the old Westminster Mall or Northglenn Mall and there would be someone standing at the Chick-Fil-A entrance offering free sample nuggets on a toothpick. Seriously, this was real, like they had to talk people into trying their delicious chicken. Back in the 90s you pretty much had to go to a mall to get their delicious food. Nowadays, you can find at least one free-standing Chick-Fil-A in every major city, except Windsor, but that's a conversation for a different day.

People love their Chick-Fil-A chicken, and that's apparent by how long their drive-thru lines are. They're looking into making that experience a little faster in Colorado and all around the country with new "Express drive-thru" lanes. How do you get to be a part of this super speedy lane? Simple, place your mobile order on their app. In the markets that they've been testing these express lanes in, the wait time has decreased substantially because they've already ordered and paid, so all they have to do is grab their food and go. Jonathan Lassiter, a senior integration leader on Chick-fil-A’s Service and Hospitality team said:

The express drive-thru lane is a game-changer for our busy customers and our Team Members. The lengthiest part of our drive-thru ordering process is the brief wait to get your order taken. The express lane cuts down ordering and payment time significantly, granting customers access to greater speed, ease, and convenience when they want it most
