A two-car crash that occurred early Saturday morning on U.S. 85 in Weld County south of the Wyoming border killed four people according to the Denver Channel.

Colorado State Patrol spokesperson, Josh Lewis, states that the crash involved a 2015 Jeep Cherokee and a 2006 Honda Sedan that happened around 2:30 a.m. Both vehicles were occupied by a driver and one passenger.

The Colorado State Patrol is investigating the crash that occurred three miles south of the Wyoming border. Currently, the Colorado State Patrol has not released any further information as to what might have caused the accident at this time.

The victim's identities have not been released.
