Colorado Estate Listed for $21 Million Looks Like a Tropical Paradise
From the mountains to the breweries to the near-constant sunshine, Colorado seemingly has it all. However, we are missing one thing: the ocean.
You won't find any seas in the Centennial State, but you can get close — if you have $21 million, that is.

That's what it would cost to own 5280 S University Boulevard, a massive, three-property estate for sale in Greenwood Village.
According to Zillow, the land features an Adobe-style main house, an "out of Africa" tent (not sure what that means), an Irish farmhouse, a private pool, two ponds, large stables and pastures for horses, and a greenhouse. The best part? All of this surrounds a gigantic lake.
Inside, the 61-year-old property contains nine bedrooms, nine bathrooms, five fireplaces, and garage spaces for five cars — all within a 15-minute drive of the Centennial Airport.
"Wandering the property will leave one in a state of bliss...the world is at one's fingertips," reads the listing. "Surprises, like leprechauns, are abundant throughout the grounds."

One not-so-great surprise is that the property doesn't have air conditioning, but you could just cool off in your pool, your first pond, your second pond, or your lake.
They won't knock down the price to make up for the missing AC, though — you aren't even allowed to look at the property unless you can prove that you have enough dough.
