Northern Colorado law enforcement works hard day and night to keep our cities and towns safe. Whether they're assisting citizens or fighting crime, their jobs are anything but easy.

One of their challenges is tracking down suspects on the Most Wanted list. The Larimer County Sheriff's Office continually updates its Most Wanted list, giving citizens the chance to provide any information regarding any of the alleged criminals, such as their whereabouts or other details.

This week, Larimer County's most wanted is Brett Michael Scott Benson.

Benson is wanted by the Larimer County Sheriff's Office on a felony warrant for Failure to Comply – 1st Degree Possession of Contraband. He has no bond.

He's also wanted by the Larimer County Sheriff's Office on a misdemeanor warrant for Unauthorized Absence. He has a $1000 bond for this case.

Additionally, Benson is wanted by another agency for Failure to Comply – Possession of a Weapon/Previous Offender / ID Theft / Criminal Impersonation / 1st Degree Auto Trespass.

The suspect is six-foot-two and weighs 180 pounds. He has brown hair with hazel eyes.

His last known address is 401 North Timberline Road 281/267 in Fort Collins.
