Northern Colorado law enforcement works hard day and night to keep our cities and towns safe. Whether they're assisting citizens or fighting crime, their jobs are anything but easy.

One of their challenges is tracking down suspects on the Most Wanted list. The Larimer County Sheriff's Office continually updates their Most Wanted list, giving citizens the chance to provide any information, such as the whereabouts or other details, regarding any of the alleged criminals.

This week, Larimer County's most wanted is James Dale McCusker.

McCusker is wanted by the Larimer County Sheriff's Office on a felony warrant for Failure to Appear – Controlled Substance-Possess Meth Precursor / Controlled Substance-Maintain Place/Manufacture / Possess Drug Paraphernalia / 3rd Degree Assault – First Responder. He also has a second felony warrant out for his arrest for Failure to Appear - Violation of Bail Bond Conditions / 2nd Degree Aggravated Motor Vehicle Theft. There is no bond for either of these warrants.

In addition, McCusker is wanted by another local agency for Failure to Appear – 2nd Degree Trespass / Possess Drug Paraphernalia / Criminal Possess Financial Device.

The suspect is five-feet-eleven and 175 pounds. He has brown hair with blue eyes.  He's been known to go by the alias of Jimmy McCusker.

His last known address is 55 Chipmunk Place in Drake.

If you have any information concerning this person, please contact the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office at 970-416-1985. Never attempt to follow or contact any fugitive. Instead, immediately dial 911 or contact your local law enforcement agency. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in the court of law.
