Northern Colorado law enforcement works hard day and night to keep our cities and towns safe. Whether they're assisting citizens or fighting crime, their jobs are anything but easy.

One of their challenges is tracking down suspects on the Most Wanted list. The Larimer County Sheriff's Office continually updates its Most Wanted list, allowing citizens to provide information regarding any of the alleged criminals, such as their whereabouts or other details.

This week, Larimer County's most wanted is Luis Eliceo Otero.

Otero is wanted by the Larimer County Sheriff's Office for a felony warrant for Failure to Comply – Controlled Substance – Possession with Intent. There is a $10,000 bond set for this case. LCSO also wants the suspect for a second felony warrant for Failure to Appear – Fugitive from Other State. A $200 bond is in place for this warrant.

Additionally, another agency wants Otero for Failure to Appear – 1st Degree Trespass / 3rd Degree Assault / Harassment / Possession of a Controlled Substance / Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

The suspect is six feet two and weighs 260 pounds. He has brown hair with brown eyes. According to law enforcement, Otero has been known to go by the alias of Luis Havarti.

His last known address is 6366 West County Road 20 in Loveland.
