Seriously, I'm intrigued.

Earlier this week, a friend and I decided that we were going to take a trip down to Denver to shop and grab a bite to eat.

I picked her up in Windsor, we got onto I-25 and had been driving for about - give or take - 40 minutes when suddenly, a huge eye-sore of a building catches both of our eyes.

Initially, all I had seen were words on the warehouse-sized building that read "all you can eat" and "Italian". To this very moment, the combo blows my mind; I never heard of an Italian "all you can eat" buffet.

At this point, I needed to know more. I'm constantly searching for new places to eat in Colorado and this just sounds right up my alley (and almost too good to be true).

Since I was driving, I appointed my friend sitting in the passenger seat to kick off the (minimal) research I knew we'd need to do to figure out what this place was.

Within seconds we had our answer - Cinzzetti's.

A quick Google search not only revealed that Cinzzetti's is, in fact, an all-you-can-eat, Italian buffet, but it also seems to be a popular staple among Coloradans in our area.

With over 5,000 reviews and a 4.3 star average rating, this place sounds pretty promising.

And you don't have to take my word for it -  the most recent review on Cinzzetti's was written only a week ago:

"Everything from the atmosphere and ambience to the staff and service was fantastic. However, the food completely won me over. They also offer lots of options for those of us who are vegetarian and enjoy plant-based. This is by far the best Italian buffet in the United States and one of my favorite eateries in the Denver area. Technically this restaurant is in Northglenn, but very close to Denver."

Cinzzetti's boasts an experience that truly sounds as one-of-a-kind as the restaurant itself:

"Guests step foot into an authentic Tuscan Village centered around a cobblestone piazza with over 60 authentic Italian dishes being prepared at fourteen specialty cooking stations - all at one great price."

Pasta, pizza, salads, desserts - need I say more?

Cinzzetti's All You Can Eat Italian Feast, located just west of I-25 at 281 W 104th Ave. in Northglenn, is open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week, and for brunch on weekends.

In addition, the restaurant is able to accommodate large parties upon reservation.

For more information about Cinzzetti's, you can visit their website here.

I think, at this point, I've gathered all of the knowledge and confirmation I need - I will be trying this place. Who's coming with me?
