The heat just keeps coming here in August, as the Mile High City saw its 6th day of matching or breaking a record high for the month on Monday afternoon.

The National Weather Service for the Denver/Boulder area recorded a high of 98° on Monday, August 24, 2020. It's been almost ten years since a day that hot has passed through the city.

Yesterday's temperature now ties for the record high for the day, which was set in 2011.
