Fans of celebrity chefs like Gordon Ramsey and Bobby Flay know there's nothing more exciting than trying their signature cuisine.

Chefs like these don't often bring their star status to Northern Colorado, but now, Fort Collins residents have the chance to try some famous food.

Chef Troy Guard, owner of the Mexican restaurant Los Chingones, will feature a dish from celebrity Chef Tristen Epps at the eatery's Choice City location on 3541 E Harmony Road.

According to a press release from Proof PR, the dish is Chef Epps' Mountain Dolphin Taco, which features slow-braised Colorado lamb, Plancha-seared Florida Mahi, salsa matcha, pickled red onion, and mango.

Foodies may recognize Chef Epps — his IMDb page notes that he's appeared on TV shows like The Taste, Chopped, All-Star Best Thing I Ever Ate, and CBS This Morning.

You'll be able to try his taco at Los Chigones from November 21 until December 2. $1 from every taco purchased will go towards Chef Epps' charity of choice, Black Resilience in Colorado (BRIC), an organization working to address systemic racism in the Denver metro area.

Chef Epps' contribution is part of Chef Guard's Celebrity Chef Series at Los Chingones, which brings established chefs to Fort Collins while supporting Colorado charities.

In December, the restaurant will host a dish from Chef Brandon Becker, owner of Denver's Cirque Kitchen + Spirits.

Guy Fieri is another celebrity chef who has spent time in the Centennial State. Check out the Colorado restaurants that have been on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives in the gallery below.

It's hard not to take this a little personally. Guy Fieri of the Food Network's Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives has visited the Cowboy State a few times. Yet each time he stays close to Jackson. The show takes us on a culinary voyage across the U.S, but he's never stopped in Cheyenne, Casper, or even Chugwater.
